Upon paying me for a commission, you are acknowledging and agreeing to the following:
☆ My Terms of Service.
☆ You are at least 18 years old.
☆ I reserve the right to reject any commission proposal.
☆ Commissioned work is never to be used for NFTs or train AI.
☆ All owners of characters in commissions have agreed to the commission purchased if applicable.
Payment
All commissions are to be paid in full. Please keep in mind that invoices MUST be paid within 48 hours (unless spoken about otherwise). I accept payment via paypal, and squarecash/cashapp and I will send you an invoice (if applicable) when you provide your email to me.
Maintaining Contact
I strongly encourage the commissioner to contact me at any point in the commission process should they have concerns with the wait, or otherwise. The best way to do so will be via telegram, since I can access it easily from my phone or PC immediately. If you let me know of an avenue of contact I have that you prefer, I will do my best to check it at least once a day. I understand that your money is invested in work that I am doing, and I want you to be happy with the artwork I produce. I will do my best to inform you of progress and let you know of any delays.
References
Please include proper references for any characters that clearly depict what you want. It is up to you to provide an accurate reference for all body parts that are unique to your character. I would rather not browse through your gallery to find something, due to potential inconsistencies in gallery images. Make sure any references you give are legally obtained and you have permission to use them.
Editing
Editing can be done when the piece is still a sketch or lines only. Coloring issues of course can be addressed when I get to flat colors. If I make an error that’s visible on your reference, I will happily fix it. Please do not under any circumstances edit the picture yourself unless I have given you permission to do so. I don’t mind cropping for icons or something similar in fashion.
Time Limit
I try to be transparent that due to the demands of my art style and personal health constraints, pieces may not be completed within days, but that doesn’t mean I won’t try my best to keep up with your piece and finish it as quickly as possible. You are paying me, after all. If you have any concerns or want to check in on the progress of your piece you may always contact me.
Refunds
Due to the nature of digital commissions, I do not issue refunds on completed pieces. I do my best to provide enough in-progress pieces that you will be satisfied by the end result. Should I cancel your commission for any reason (I reserve the right to do so) or if I haven’t started it, I will return the full cost to you. Should you cancel at any point in time, I will determine how much of the commission was completed and issue a refund accordingly (to which I will do my best to be fair about the percentage).
Uploading
You have every right to upload the piece of artwork I make for you as long as you give credit to me. Other than that, do not feel threatened to upload my artwork!
Copyright
I retain copyright to every work of art I produce. This includes the right to reproduce works to sell as prints and similar merchandise. Do not edit out any signatures in my work unless permission is given to do so. Copyright must be purchased separately from the commissioned piece, which includes any commercial use. This means without copyright transfer or express consent, the client is not allowed to make unapproved alterations or monetary gain. Universally, all my work is forbidden for NFT/crypto usage, and may not be used with or for AI art.
☆On coloring my lineart: I occasionally will put out lineart-only pieces that are free to color, either by you alone (a commission) or by anyone. When coloring, do not edit my line art unless I have given you permission to do so. I retain rights to the piece created alongside you, and ask that you make no profits off the work created using my lines. I don’t mind if you make a print for yourself or your friend/mom/whoever, but do not capitalize on something I drew the lines for. You may of course add your signature, but again, do not erase mine (you may move it around on the canvas, but don’t change the size). Credit me if you post it anywhere.
☆On tattooing my work: I don’t mind people getting my work tattooed on them. In fact, I think it’s super exciting!! I want to see pictures after the fact for sure. Bear in mind that I’m not a formal tattoo artist, and the art I make may possibly need be modified by the tattoo artist in order to make it a great tattoo. If you do tattoo my work, please consider tipping me. I can’t enforce this, but it’s an honor system thing.
If you need a written and signed statement that you have permission to tattoo the piece so your artist doesn’t fret, I will provide it. If you need personalized edits for a tattoo, I will do my best to accommodate. I understand that tattoos demand precision to detail and you can’t just settle for being “half-perfect”, but for major edits I will have to ask a fee.
Above all else, if you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact me.
Thank you for your interest in commissioning me!
