Aquarius, 2024

Next in my zodiac flash collection is Aquarius, the water bearer! They’re actually an air sign, and a lot of the best artists I know are aquarians- when I was in art school, it was like everyone was either a virgo (like me!) or an aquarius. Obviously not a hard rule, but I do think aquarians have a mysticism and creativity that I admire. I tried to capture that with these designs. The filigree was quite a task, but it’s something I’ve been doing studies for lately, so we’re working on buffing our skills! This was fun though, I’m excited to keep doing these.
