I’ve known this little Bichon since she was, well, a puppy, and was honored enough to be able to care for her when I lived with my friend Katy in Oregon a few years back. She was such a unique dog in so many ways, and she was too smart for her own good! She lived an incredible 19 years on this earth, and her memory will live on forever more.
