Tree Girls, Watercolor on Wood, 2016

A series of five paintings made for my senior graduation art show at UTA. My goal was to create a set of pieces that speak to my main message as an artist, which is evoking feminine sensuality, but on women’s terms. Each piece is named for a tree- Alder, Palo Santo, Hemlock, Ash, and Dikela.
